Hello Thor host Jumpers For Goalposts third Thursday of every month. The idea behind Jumpers For Goalposts (which was set up by our friends I Dress Myself and continued by the marvellous Shadowplay Fanzine, before Hello Thor took the reins) is simple.
We play some records, a musical act play live and everyone takes part in a creative competition. This usually involves fuzzy felt and crayons and bad jokes about celebrities, all in a bid to win one of the MEGA PRIZES (usually some charity shop gem or a bit of tat that we had lying round the house…recent prizes have included a bottle of rum sellotaped to a diary, and a prosthetic hand holding a wasp).
It is the most fun you can have on a Thursday night.
